Orders FAQ 1. Can I try your software before I buy a license?
Q: I just placed my credit card order on your web site, but haven't gotten my license keys yet. When will I receive them? Most online orders are processed within 15 minutes and phone orders within
30 minutes during business hours. Some orders may require manual processing
and may take up to one business day. License keys will be sent to the
e-mail address provided with your order. If it has been more than one
business day since you placed your order, please contact SDProtector
Sales with the order number provided in your order confirmation message.
Q:If I buy a license now, do I have to pay to upgrade to the next release? Upgrades to SDProtector are free for the entire major series. For example,
if you purchase 3.0, you get all the 3.xx upgrades free. Your license
includes access to all new software updates, including beta releases.
Upgrading is as simple as downloading the new version and using your existing
key for activation. If major version number changed, software upgrades
can be purchased at a discount. Q: I'm interested in a specail version of SDProtector, but don't see any information about this on your web site. Prices for specail version of SDProtector are published in the web site Pricing section. More details can be found at this link. Q: I'm trying to place my order
online, and keep getting errors. How do I correct this? In Microsoft Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu and choose Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section. - SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 must be CHECKED. If you change settings, click OK in Internet Options, close all browser windows and restart Internet Explorer.
